Grant Engine Terms of Service

Grant Engine provides grant matching, drafting, scoring, reminders, and strategy support for nonprofit teams. AI-generated drafts and match notes are starting points. Your organization is responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and submitting all grant materials unless you have a separate written Grant Office agreement with The Lion Project.

The Founding 10 Partner Plan includes a 30-day match guarantee: if we do not deliver at least 15 qualified, application-ready grant matches in your first 30 days, we refund every dollar you paid for that first month and you keep the matches we sent. We guarantee qualified matches, not grant awards. Whether your nonprofit wins a grant depends on your programs, financials, eligibility, timing, and application quality.

Paid plans are month-to-month unless a separate agreement says otherwise. You may cancel future billing, but fees already paid are nonrefundable except where the 30-day match guarantee applies or where required by law.
